Magic Erase ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information when you use it. Because Magic Erase operates entirely on-device, there is no server, no user account, and no data collection of any kind.

Magic Erase uses Apple's CoreML framework to run the LaMa (Large Mask) AI model locally on your Mac. When you open a photo and paint a mask:
The app requests access to files only through standard macOS open/save panels (NSOpenPanel / NSSavePanel). You explicitly choose which files to open and where to save results. The app does not have broad access to your file system.
Magic Erase does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. The app makes no outbound network connections.
Magic Erase does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.
