We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

The App and its original content (excluding images you provide) remain the exclusive property of the developer. The underlying LaMa AI model is subject to its own open-source license. You retain all rights to photos you process — we do not claim any ownership over your images.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce perfect results in every case.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
